Udintogel Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the udintogel online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated under the domain udintogel.run. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the udintogel operator.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the udintogel platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set out here, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated into this document by reference.

These terms apply to all udintogel platform users without exception, including visitors browsing the platform without a registered account, members who have signed up, and active players who make deposits and play games.

If you are using the udintogel platform on behalf of another entity (such as a business), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Not an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any udintogel staff or affiliated service provider.

Udintogel reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any stage. Accepted documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a valid passport or a Malaysian driving licence. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Any individual who uses the platform without meeting these eligibility requirements is in serious breach of these terms, and udintogel reserves the right to close the relevant account and withhold associated balances at our discretion.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the udintogel platform. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information — including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number and an active email address.
• Creating a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone.
• Ensure your account information is kept up to date whenever any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. udintogel will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential.

If you become aware of or suspect that your account has been accessed by another party without your authorisation, please contact the udintogel support team immediately via Live Chat or email support@udintogel.run so we can take the necessary action.

Udintogel accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via the following payment methods, all of which are legitimate Malaysian services:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, minimum RM 10
• GrabPay – instant deposit, minimum RM 10
• Boost – instant deposit, minimum RM 10
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, minimum RM 10
• DuitNow – instant deposit via QR or account number, minimum RM 10

All deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet that registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and any such deposit may result in the account being frozen pending investigation.

Udintogel does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges – please check with the relevant provider before making a deposit.

Deposited funds are for entertainment purposes only. Deposits may not be transferred, converted to cash without fulfilling the relevant requirements, or used for any purpose other than playing games on the udintogel platform.

Eligible members may withdraw funds from their withdrawable balance at any time. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 30 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: Depends on your membership tier — please check your account profile for your specific limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified bank account held in your own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

• DuitNow: 5–30 minutes
• Bank transfer (FPX): 1–3 business days

Udintogel reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal in the following cases: the account is under investigation, bonus rollover requirements have not been met, fraudulent activity is suspected, or verification documents have not been submitted. In such cases, the udintogel support team will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of the situation.

All bonuses and promotions offered by udintogel are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer on the Promotions. The following general terms apply to all udintogel promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Only one active deposit bonus is permitted per account at any one time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Rollover is calculated as: (Deposit + Bonus) × Rollover Multiplier = Total Wagering Requirement.
• Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Slots typically count at 100%, Live Casino baccarat at 20%–50%, and Sports Betting contributions vary depending on minimum odds.
• Udintogel reserves the right to void any bonus believed to have been claimed fraudulently, through deception, or by exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• All bonuses have a set validity period – expired bonuses cannot be used or transferred.
• Udintogel reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All games on the udintogel platform — including video slots, Live Casino, table games, Poker, and Sports Betting — have specific rules accessible within each game's interface. The following general terms apply to all games:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been independently audited to ensure the fairness of every outcome.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game can be found in that game's information section. RTP figures are long-term statistical estimates and are not a guarantee of winnings in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, the udintogel system will automatically restore the last recorded game state. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be returned to your account.
• For Sports Betting on udintogel, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the locked-in odds for that bet. Any odds changes after placement will not affect your existing bet.
• Udintogel reserves the right to void any sports bet if the relevant match is cancelled, suspended, or ruled invalid by the governing sports body.

Use of the udintogel platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without compensation:

• Opening or using more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (particularly in Poker or tournaments).
• Launching any cyberattack, hacking attempt, or technical disruption against the udintogel platform.
• Using the udintogel platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party for deposits or withdrawals.
• Abusing the bonus system through arbitrage techniques, systematic hedging, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Creating false representations or attempting to impersonate another person.

Udintogel reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be terminated and the balance may be forfeited at udintogel's discretion.

Closure by Member: You may close your udintogel account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@udintogel.run. Prior to closure, any valid balance (withdrawable funds that meet the minimum withdrawal requirement) will be processed and returned to you.

Closure by udintogel: Udintogel reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or age when requested.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no logins or transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Requests from relevant authorities or in fulfillment of legal obligations.
• Identified security concerns or fraud risk.

For inactive accounts, udintogel will send an email notice 30 days before any action is taken. For closures resulting from a breach of terms, udintogel will notify you via your registered email within a reasonable timeframe, except in cases of suspected fraud where advance notice may not be given for security reasons.

Udintogel is committed to the principles of responsible gaming. Our platform is designed to provide enjoyable entertainment, not to encourage or facilitate problem gambling behaviour. As a member, you are responsible for managing your own use of the platform.

Udintogel provides the following tools, which you can activate at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Session Bet Limit: Limit the total amount wagered within a single gaming session.
• Cool-off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a set period, ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure or closure for a specified period.

Udintogel shall not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues or device failures on your end.
• Game outcomes that occurred during a technical disruption where funds have been correctly returned.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.

Under no circumstances shall udintogel's maximum liability to you exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Udintogel reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, with the updated date reflected at the top of this document.

For material amendments that significantly alter your rights or obligations, udintogel will send a notice to your registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from them will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by udintogel, including arbitration where appropriate.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms as a whole and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
